Whether they're on the road with you, working to organize your trip, or looking after the maintenance of our vehicles, our personnel are an essential part of the adventure you share with the Bell-Horizon Group. This is why we make it our duty to select the members of our team with the utmost care, to ensure that you will always be happy and satisfied to travel with us.
In turn, all our personnel benefit from a work environment conducive to their development and fulfillment.
The drivers of the Bell-Horizon Group are respectfully supported and must work according to carefully determined criteria, including specific courtesy and safety requirements. All are trained by experts in the following fields:
- Customer service
- Defensive driving and fuel saving
- Transport laws and regulations
- First aid
- English language (optional training)
The other members of our personnel also receive continuous training based on regular evaluations of their needs and are encouraged to develop their full potential.
Because we know that the strength of a team depends on communication and the willingness of people to work together to reach established goals, we formed internal committees to inform all personnel of our values and mission and enable them to share their ideas and continuously work toward improving our processes.
